In-Home ABA Services

All services at BidWell Behavior are provided directly by Nicole Gardemeyer, M.S., BCBA, ensuring every family receives individualized, consistent, and compassionate support from start to finish.

Functional Behavior Assessment

Goal: Identify what matters most to your family and design supports that fit your routines, values, and capacity.

Each new client begins with a comprehensive functional behavior assessment conducted directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using tools such as the Vineland-3, ABLLS-R, and AFLS, I work collaboratively with caregivers to identify strengths, areas for growth, and the function of any behaviors of concern.

Following assessment, individualized recommendations are made regarding the best path forward — including whether ongoing consultation or caregiver-implemented services are appropriate.

Focused Intervention

Goal: Building lasting confidence and skill growth by pairing intentional, hands-on teaching with collaborative coaching that fits naturally into daily life.

Direct intervention time with a BCBA used purposefully to model teaching techniques, support new skill development, and create a foundation for practice at home.

Caregivers participate in every step, using these sessions as live demonstrations and opportunities to strengthen their own skills.

Follow-up collaboration meetings provide space to reflect, adjust, and ensure consistency across home, school, and the community.
