Meet Nicole
Board Certified Behavior Analyst & Founder of BidWell Behavior
Nicole Gardemeyer, M.S., BCBA
I’m Nicole Gardemeyer, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of BidWell Behavior in Chico, California. I started this practice to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavior support that helps individuals and families build confidence, connection, and meaningful progress in their daily lives.
My experience spans working with people of various ages and support needs, most commonly those with autism. I focus on developing functional, real-world skills that promote independence and self-regulation, including daily living routines, communication, emotional regulation, and participation in medical or community settings.
While I have extensive experience supporting the autism community, I believe that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a framework that can benefit anyone seeking to make meaningful changes, strengthen routines, or build new skills. My approach integrates behavioral science, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and trauma-responsive, neurodiversity-affirming care to create individualized and sustainable supports that enhance quality of life.
My formal training and professional experience reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and collaborative, compassionate practice.
